What counts as a winning accumulator?
Any multi-selection acca we publish that settles as a win on the calendar day you joined. Singles and in-play picks are not counted towards the guarantee, it is accas only, which is the tougher test for us.
What if no accas are posted the day I join?
Then the guarantee simply rolls to the next day that accas are posted, so you are never caught out by an international break or a quiet fixture list.
How long do I have to claim?
Seven days from joining. Email the address in your welcome email and the £9.99 goes back to the card you paid with, usually within 3 to 5 working days.
Do I keep the tips if I claim a refund?
You keep everything you saw that day. Your membership simply ends when the refund is processed.
Is this a guarantee I will make money?
No. It guarantees your membership fee back if every acca posted on your joining day loses. It is not a guarantee of profit on any bet you place, no tipster can offer that honestly.
